In November 2010, the Philadelphia Magazine listed Gladys D. Snively, CPA as one of its 2010 Five Star Wealth Managers.

This marked the second year in a row that she received this recognition from her clients, through data compiled by the independent research firm Crescendo Business Services to measure client satisfaction.

The November 2009 issue of Philadelphia Magazine listed Gladys D. Snively, CPA as one of its 2009 Five Star Wealth Managers.

Philadelphia Magazine asked Crescendo Business Services, an independent research firm, to find out which wealth managers in the Philadelphia area were best in client satisfaction.

Crescendo surveyed 95,000 high net worth individuals in the Philadelphia area, asking them to evaluate wealth managers they knew through personal experience, on the following criteria:

• Customer Service
• Integrity
• Knowledge/expertise
• Communication
• Value for the fee charged
• Meeting of financial objectives
• Post sale services
• Quality of recommendations
• Overall satisfaction

Each recommended wealth manager was screened for regulatory actions, civil judicial actions and customer complaints. They were then reviewed by a panel of individuals from within the financial services industry. Less than 4% of the wealth managers in the Philadelphia area made the list.
